Rossi TPD srl informs that, for the establishment and execution of the contractual relationships, he is in possession of data relating to you, also verbally acquired directly or through third parties, data qualified as personal by law.

With reference to these data we inform you that:

  • the data are processed in relation to the contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations arising therefrom and to achieve an effective management of business relations. The data will be processed in writing and/ or on magnetic, electronic or telematic support;
  • the provision of the data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part or to the subsequent processing may determine the impossibility of the undersigned to give effect to the contractual arrangements;
  • failure to do so, instead, of all data that are not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the undersigned and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the required data with respect to the management of the business relationship;
  • without prejudice to communications and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, data may be communicated in Italy and abroad to our network of agents, factoring companies, credit institutions, debt collection companies, credit insurance companies, commercial information companies, professionals and consultants, companies operating in the transport sector;
  • the data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations and for future commercial purposes; or in relation to the same data your Company can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter expressed) within the limits and under the conditions provided for by Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the abovementioned legislative decree;
  • The data controller is Rossi TPD srl, with registered office in Lonate Ceppino, via Buonarroti n. 34. The persons responsible for the processing of personal data are the officials and persons responsible for the management of the databases, in relation to their respective field of competence. We remind you that if you refuse to allow the processing of your data in the terms set out in this statement, it may be impossible to execute the current relationship or to be established.

ARTICLE 7 RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

  • The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  • The data subject has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools; d) of the identification details of the data controller, the persons in charge and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or persons in charge.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, the rectification or, when it has interest, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data processed in violation of law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) proof that the operations referred to in paragraphs a) and b) have been brought to the attention of the person concerned, including as regards their content, those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  • The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
